Is TDS deductible on payment made to company outside india for providing internet calling services. Service providing company name Novanet Inc. of New York. payment amount Rs. 60 lac.??
Is form 15CB/15CA requirement there???

Yes.......
TDS is deductable u/s 195 and Form 15CA/CB is to be furnish by deductor...
