TDS u/s 194Q on branch TRF.
TDS u/s 194Q proviso shall apply on inter or intra state branch transfer, where the the turnover is more than 10 crores and transaction value also exceeding Rs.50 lakh.

Please note 194Q is PAN based hence it's not applicable for branch transfer
