TDS u/s 194J
Is tax required to be deducted from the payments made to teachers who teach in institutes like ICAI u/s 194J ? Teaching profession is not specified under the said section right? So, should tax not be deducted at all or will any other TDS section apply?

Right, but the faculties giving lectures at ICAI are just teachers !!
