can anyone tell if a company is paying to Facebook for advertisement is the company liable to deduct tax if yes at what rate??? is there any liabilty for service tax also???

Hi..
It has to be deducted @ 2% as it is advertisement and is paid to a company.
But, if the payment is made outside India, a certificate in Form 15CB has to be obtained from a Chartered Accountant as per which TDS may or may not be deducted.
