Can a person claim TCS/TDS credit where he offers income in his name for the TDS/TCS decuted on such income belongs to another person. Eg :Mr A hold a license and am allowing Mr. B to use the license., The Income so genrated is offered in Mr. B's hands but the TCS/TDS is updated in Mr. A's 26AS.  Can MR. B Claim TCS/TDS credit on the grounds that the income on which TCS/TDS is deucted is offered in his name by diversion of Income at source by overridding title?

I think it's not possible for Mr.B to take credit of the TDS/TCS deducted on the name of Mr.A
