only deductor can download it. but u can get 26as from traces...

you can get it from it efiling portal. try logging in as deductor.
I know about 26 as I am taking about TDS returns filed on traces
As per my understnding, You can not download form 26q or 24q from anywhere. But you can download Consolidated file from traces. Then open it in RPU software. You can see the whole statement and can take the print out of it..This can be possible..
