i want to know that is an employeer does not paid any TDS ,Service Tax, CST,Sale Tax. for last 2 years.
the how much of we disallowed the amount
is only for previous year or for all year of non payment .

dissallowance to be made for all years for which the liabilities not discharged. and the amount of expenses booked has to be disallowed.
