Dear sir,
if company deducted TDS u/s 194j so can we file income tax return u/s 44AD or we should compulsory file u/s 44ADA, please tell me.

When TDS u/s. 194J deducted, you have to declare the professional fees income under sec. 44ADA, as sec. 44AD not eligible.
