I am not able to open TDS_RPU.jar file of e-TDS=TCS_RPU_1.9 utility.
I have Java Runtime Environment 8 Update 131 installed on my computer.
Please help.

RPU 1.9 can work with Java runtime environment versions SUN JRE: 1.6 onwards. You can freely download same from https://java.sun.com and https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/java/jdk
