I am Article Trainee... Please clarify my Doubt about TDS. It Is quite urgent..
Date of Credit in the month of April 2011
Date of payment in the month of august 2012
i have to file revised return of 2011-12.
Could i take in ist or 4th quarter.

IT IS COME ON 1 ST QTR AS DATE OF CREDIT ON APRIL 2011. AS YOU PAY TDS AMT WITH INTEREST. AS BOTH INTEREST AS TDS NOT DEDUCTED AND NOT DEPOSITED.

Agree with Vijay......It will come in QTR 1 bacause date of credit is April 2011 & you have made the payment in August 2012 hence you need to show it with interest amount for non deduction & non depositry of TDS amount.
