TDS Return Requirement Salary

Employee furnishes all his other income and deduction details to employer , (2019-20)
Salary Income - 480000
Other Income - 20000
Deductions(LIC) - (100000)

Net total income - 400000
Tax Liability/TDS -. Nil due to rebate u/s 87A

My question is that in such case whether employer required to furnish TDS Return in 24Q or not ? if he has not filed TDS return and employee files his ITR within due date then will it be OK? or employer have to face any negative consequences ?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether an employer is obligated to file a TDS return (Form 24Q) when an employee's salary income, after accounting for other income and deductions, results in nil tax liability. The consensus is that if no TDS is actually deducted, the employer generally faces no negative consequences for not filing the return. The employee can still file their individual Income Tax Return (ITR) by the due date.

No problem to employer if he does not file the TDS return.
It's ok, if Employer does not file TDS return, as there is no TDS liability.
Thanks for Replying Sir
