Cant say about chances but there is very high desideration for extension.

Chances are there to extend the time limit because other due dates also extended already. But if they extend this date for sure they should extend ITR filing due dates.

Itr due dates for current year will definitely be extended
Statement of Deduction of Tax for the last quarter of the Financial Year 2020-21, required to be furnished on or before 31st May 2021. Due to current COVID 19 situation the deductor may be furnish the TDS return on or before 30th June 2021.
