Till now there is no extension . Due date for TDS is 31st July and for TCS is 15th July
Yes... TDS return filing date is extended to 31st Mar-21 for the 1st (& 2nd) quarter of FY 20-21.

Note: The above information is posted as on 1st July 2020.
Ordinance, 2020 read with Notification No. 35/2020 dated 24.06.2020, the due date for furnishing the TDS statement for the first quarter of the FY 2020-21 gets extended to March 31, 2021 from the normal due date of July 31, 2020.
