TDS return demand for short deduction

Dear Expert,

What is the solution for solve short deduction issues in TDS annual return at the end of 4th qtr ?
Actually I am facing an issues during filling of salary return of 4th quarter for FY 22-23 with compu office software, at the time of submission the system not recognised the tax payment details for 1st qtr and return has been submitted within the due date. At the end of processing the department has released the demand order for same tax liability due to reason for short deduction.

so, kindly request you all to advise for the solution to avoid the demand payment.
