TDS return csi file for Q4

I am regularly filing e-tds return, till Q3 FY 2022-23 csi file was downloaded from NSDL OLTAS and it was fine.

In Q4 FY 2022-23 I am unable to download combined Jan Feb Mar 2023 csi file as paid TDS challan for Jan and Feb 2023 are available on NSDL OLTAS portal and for Mar 2023 is available on Income Tax portal. How to club these csi file to upload Q4 Form 26Q TDS return for FY 2022-23.

In such a scenario where the paid TDS challans for Jan and Feb 2023 are available on the NSDL OLTAS portal and for Mar 2023 on the Income Tax portal, you will need to download the CSI files for each of these months separately.

To combine the CSI files for uploading the Q4 Form 26Q TDS return for FY 2022-23, you can use a professional TDS software or an online TDS return preparation utility that allows for combining multiple CSI files into a single file.

Once you have combined the CSI files, you can then validate and generate the TDS return file in the NSDL RPU utility. Ensure that all the details in the TDS return file are accurate and complete before uploading it to the NSDL portal.

It is always advisable to seek the help of a qualified professional or use an authorized TDS software to ensure that your TDS returns are accurate and filed correctly to avoid any penalties or legal implications.
