I wanted to know that if a Pvt Ltd company is paying salary to employees which is below Rs. 200000 per employees(after considering employees investments), is the company suppose to file the TDS Return u/s 192?

Dear Ravi,
In the case that you have mentioned there is no compulsion on the part of the company to file TDS returns as no tax is deducted by the company.

What if the company is paying remuneration to Directors but director's income is not exceeding Rs.200000 per director?
