Dear Sir,
We have paid TDS for the entire financial year 2019-20 , section wise in December 2020 in one challan, and not paid TDS quarterly , will this create
problem in filing quarterly
TDS return?.

Have you paid along with interest? If yes, no issues for section wise challan for whole year
We have paid interest separately section wise.
So, no issues u can file with one challan
You are liable for 18% interest , otherthan salary income , no other issues
