how to file TDS returns without using TDS softwares and where are tds forms available?

You can use ETDS RPU software available on tin-nsdl.com for filing TDS returns. The software is free of cost.
i downloaded that software but it is not installing in my pc
There is No installation required. You must have downloaded ETDS RPU 3.8. Just Extract that zip folder in your C drive Once extracted you will see a folder ETDS RPU 3.8 in which there will be a blue colour round icon named RPU. Just double click that & you are ready to fill ETDS return. You will need to prepare Form 27A manually as this softwaredoes not support that. you can google to find the format.
