My father is Sr. Citizen and amount has been deducted in form of TDS from his FD's amount for Asseseement year 2013-2014.
How can i get that amount back.He has no other source of Income.

File his belated income tax return...... In case of any tqx refund you have to mention bank account detail you will get refund in your fathers bank account.... alternatively your father can opt for tax refund in form of account payee cheque also.....

If his Tax Liability is nil, he should submit Form 15H to bank so that they dont deduct TDS.

Ths TDS is already got deducted for 2 quarters,I have submitted form 15 H this month.
Just want to get the TDS amount deducted for 2 quarters.

This amount you can get refunded through E-Filing of IT return of your dad.
