TDS/Resale/Under construction property

Hi All, wanted some insight on the below scenario:

1: Purchased an under construction flat  from original purchaser for 1CR. 1% TDS was paid.

2: The flat cost is 70L and seller already paid 90% of this as per demands. 1% TDS was deducted for each demand and paid.

3: Now in last demand, builder asking for last 10% payment

My questions:

1 - What is the property price I need to fill in 26QB form?

2 - What is the last installment value I need to fill in 26QB form?

Appreciate any help!!
