TDS/Resale/Under construction property

Hi All, wanted some insight on the below scenario:

1: Purchased an under construction flat  from original purchaser for 1CR. 1% TDS was paid.

2: The flat cost is 70L and seller already paid 90% of this as per demands. 1% TDS was deducted for each demand and paid.

3: Now in last demand, builder asking for last 10% payment

My questions:

1 - What is the property price I need to fill in 26QB form?

2 - What is the last installment value I need to fill in 26QB form?

Appreciate any help!!

Quick Summary
This discussion seeks clarification on TDS and Form 26QB requirements when purchasing an under-construction property from an original buyer. The user has paid 1% TDS on previous demands and needs to know the correct property price and last installment value to declare in Form 26QB for the final builder payment.

The property price to be filled in Form 26QB is the consideration paid for the transfer of property, which is the: - Sale price - Transfer value - Consideration amount This is the amount paid by the buyer to the seller for the property being transferred. It includes all types of payments made by the buyer, such as: - Cash - Cheque - Draft - Electronic transfer - Any other mode of payment Additionally, it also includes: - Stamp duty value - Registration charges - Any other charges paid by the buyer Make sure to fill in the correct property price in Form 26QB, as it is used to calculate the stamp duty and registration charges payable on the property transfer.
