Tds remittance

Hello All,

  Every month 7th we use to pay TDS remittance, next month 7th day falls on sunday,. Are we able to remit on sunday (07.10.2012), if not can we make payment next day 08.10.2012.  If i do remiitance on 08.10.2012, any interest i am liable to pay. I am perplexed , please share any govt circular or notification regarding this issue.
