due date for tds remittance is 7th of the following month ... if the same is happened to be public holiday when i have to remit?

if last date falls holiday, then the next date will be the last date
if last date falls holiday, then the next date will be the last date
Refer Section 10 of the General Clauses Act,1897
the working day next to the due date
