TDS related error while filing ITR 4

Hi,

I have section 44 ADA income as well as TCS deducted vide section 206CQ.While filing ITR-4 online as well as through JSON utility, I am getting this same error message "The gross receipts/income, on which tax has been deducted, are to be entered in the schedules under the respective heads of income, as they are assessable in the year in which the credit for the TDS is being claimed". I have tallied TDS in 26AS and in ITR-4 multiple times now.

When submitting return offline on ITR portal by submitting the json file, I get the error message "Error in external validation rule: Rule 37BA".

Can anyone pls help? I have also filed a grievance on ITR portal.
