TDS REFUND - URGENT QUERY

If the income tax return is not filied before the due date the income tax officer has issued a notice under section 142(1) directing the taxpayer to file income tax return within a specified period. 

ISSUE : ASSESSEE DIDN'T FILE THE RETURN FOR                                                            RESPECTIVE AY NOW  HE WANT TO CLAIM REFUND

section 192 salary income

and TDS amount is as follows :       

1. AY 2011-12   RS.  24,730
2. AY 2012-13   RS.  24,942                        

3. AY 2013-14   RS.  61,779           

     TOTAL        RS.  1,11,451
