Tds refund implications if nbfc is demerged and company name changes

Hi,

I have unsecured loan from nbfc, which got demerged during the year and nbfc name changed, so having tds certificate on old name of company (nbfc), how to claim tds refund in this case, company personnels also dont have idea. Please help

When was the NBFC Demerged ? If after 31 march then claim by old name

Also TDS already deducted by Old Company So I thnik their are no issues regarding claim of tds to the extent of TDS deducted.
