TDS REFUND FROM A.Y 2011-12
pls help me out how to claim refund for A.Y 2011-12 to AY 2014-15 now. no return has been filed as his income doesnot exceed 200000

Yes, you can file return for the refund after filling condonation for delay in filling return to Pr. CCIT. Once approved you can file return

file returns and then file condonation application u.s. 119(2)(b), if condoned you'll get back your refund
