You can adjust it with the next month's TDS.
No, I don't need to adjust it further I want the refund please guide me the process.
Refund of TDS cannot be claimed
What you can do is person whose TDS is been dedcuted extra you can pay him in advance amount of service you will take in future for which you have dedcuted TDS now itself
I have paid it as a late filing fee now I came to know that it has been already paid earlier, so I need to take the refund of it. guide me the solution
