My wife gets cheque after TDS cut  by Avon India. 

Its now 2-3 years but we dont know how to get TDS back for woman entrepreneuer. 

I come to know that TDS is refundable.

Please help me in this regards from Hyderbad city

please file your income tax return, you will get the refund of tds if you dont have taxable income above exemption limit which is currently 2.5 lakhs..

Prashant sir now the provision is changed he cannot file the return of back years.

first apply before your jurisdictional CIT for condonation of delay under section 119(2)(b) , once it's condoned you can file ROI
