be specific and clear - otherwise you can't expect any answers which will help you to sort out the problem.
For A.Y. 2011-12, the time period for filing the return and claiming TDS is lapsed, now you can't get the refund if the IT return was not filed earlier. and if the return was filed earlier then by submiting the form 16A to income tax department you can ask for your refund.
