1) TDS Receivable benefits of refund will get by that person who pays money to us, not receiver am I right ?
2)Form 26As reflects both tds receivable and payable summary ?
3) Which one is more useful to verify of tds as compare to form 26as vs form 16A/16 to identify summary of tds ?

There is a difference between these two regarding tds receivables and tds payables
First you should know the meaning
Tds receivables is nothing but the other party has deducted some money (which is nothing but your money) and paid to the government which will be reflecting in 26 AS and same can be claimed while filing ITR by you
..Tds payable is vice versa....
