In NGO 100 field wokers are working in HIV/Aids project. each individual monthly honorarium rs.2500/- yearly they will get Rs.30000/-, they have appointed as contract base.now we are how much TDS tobe deducted to him & any exemption for him,beacuse all are poor people, there annual income below rs.40000/-

My total income is Rs. 4,00,000/-. I have invested Rs. 40,000/- in L.I.C., Rs. 40,000/- in G.P.F., Rs. 15,000/- towards education fees of children and Rs. 10,000/- in P.P.F.
