TDS rate relating to CAM charges
Common area maintenance charges- whether it should cover either 194C or 194 I or both ?

In my opinion, TDS to be deducted u/s 194C.
It is related to rental charges.Then how it would be covered under 194C?
It is related to rental charges certainly. So it's certainly 194I
If contract between two person is a subject to 194c in other words 194J Fee for technical charges
