I want to know whether new threshhold limits for TDS deducton has been implemented.
Suppose if a company pays a rent of RS 13000 to individual starting from 01.07.2010.
Does TDS will be liable to be deducted or not?

ya no deduction is required
no need to deduct TDS u/s 194I......... as threshold limit has enhanced to Rs. 180000.00 from 01.07.2010..........
