If Installation of Smart board requires technical knowledge of an engineer/technical consultancy, then TDS Shall be deducted u/s 194J i.e. @ 10%, else it shall be deducted u/s 194C i.e. if amount payable to Individual/HUF then @ 1% otherwise @ 2%.
YOu may refer Sec 194J, in detail. if not applicable, TDS shall be deducted u/s 194C.
