No automatic TDS reflection in efilling portal...
form 16A shows it was already deposited...
what we do now..???

Check whether Form 16A is downloaded from traces portal or just prepared by employer.

As on generation of 16A, TDS was definitely reflected in Form 26AS

If no tax deduction in the entire quarter of the year, tax deposited and paid become 'zero'

You can check it .
