Our company is having tan alloted in juridiction of Delhi. Company is also having office in chandigarh & one of authorized signatory is also sitting in chandigarh. Since all the TDS certificates are issued from chandigarh office & place of signing mentioned in all TDS certificate is chandigarh(Issuing office address & Address as per TAN are same ).Since our alloted tan is in the juridiction of Delhi & place of issuance (bottom of the certificate )mentioned in TDS certificate issued to different parties is chandigarh . If this is technical error or violation of law.
