TDS QUERY

what address mantion in TDS return must be in form 16. In my openion it is not a violation of law but when u mention wrong TAN numer than it may be consider a violation of law. I advise to u that please rectify all the from16

TDS certificate should be issued under the address of delhi office only.

Place of issue of TDS certificate may be differ than the address given for issue TAN but the address on form 16 or 16A should be the same which is given for tyhe TAN.

Address of Company & Address given in TDs certificate are same.We are talking about the Place of issuance is filled chandigarh at bottom of the cerficate.

Example:

Place of issue : Chandiharh        Authorized Signatory.
