In case of Transportation Expenses paid , since PAN is quoted no TDs is required to be deducted.. But in case of Filing of TDS QUARTERLY RETURN,do we need to include these payments.. If yes under which Section.

You will have to include these payments. Also mention the Amount paid and the P.A No. in the E-TDS Return.

I dont think we need 2 mention payments made to transporters in the TDS Returns. IF Mr. Devendra have any notification against this statement then please upload it for our reference.
