TDS payment for the February 2020
Is there any date extended to pay the TDS instead of 6th of March 2020 for the February month.

No date is not extended in respect to payment of tax. Only the relaxation is given on account of interest need to be pay while making late payment of TDS. The rate of interest which is 18% in normal case has been reduced to 9% in case payment is made in between 01/04/2020 - 30/06/2020.

No, there is no extension of due date for payment of TDS for any of the Month.
TDS liability which are due for payment from 20.03.2020 to 29.06.2020 if they are paid by 30.06.2020, then reduced interest rate @ 9% will be applicable.
In your case since the liability for payment was on 7th March, TDS to be deposited with late payment interest @ 18%.
