TDS payment for the February 2020

No, there is no extension of due date for payment of TDS for any of the Month. 

TDS liability which are due for payment from 20.03.2020 to 29.06.2020 if they are paid by 30.06.2020, then reduced interest rate @ 9% will be applicable. 

In your case since the liability for payment was on 7th March, TDS to be deposited with late payment interest @ 18%.
