we used to pay tds on monthly basis, but the last Querter we are not paid yet , 'll it be able to pay querter one single payment ? or do need to pay every month saperately , if i 'll pay querter in single payments ? how should i mention in tds returns of that Querter ? .pls carify my query ASAP

In the TDS returns you have to quote the Challan Number, date of payment, Bank BSR Code alongwith the amount and interest.
You can make payments in a single challan, but to have transparency, you should pay through different challans for each month. Even if you vide a single challan, then no problem with that, but it would be difficult to allocate the amount of interest for each month.

If i'll pay querter wise i need to quote same challan every month for one party. will it be accept on returns ?
