I have received TDS intimation u/s 200 now i am paying the demanded amount.... in challan which type of payment i need to select 200-TDS payable by taxpayer or 400- TDS Regular Assessment ?

You can go with first option.
Go to pay regular Assessment option for demand.
Agree with Raja Ji, Code 400 should be selected.
