A client of mine is going to pay a Rs. around 1 Lakh to Sodekha company for coupons which it will give for its employees.
So when it is going to pay to the company, is TDS applicable ?

Yes, TDS is applicable in this case. However, Sodexo has got permission of deduction of tax (TDS) at lower rates. If they provide a copy of certificate, TDS will be at lower rates.
Yes, Mr. Prakash is right,
TDS Should be deducted.
