We are manufacturer of Corrugated Packing Boxes. We will manufacture the box as per the customer specification and size. Some Box we manufacturing Plain or regular or some box with name and design of customer as required. For designing and printing on box paper we sending the work to outsider offset printer. They charge VAT @ 5% on total prinitng charge or some dealer charge VAT on 75% value.
Our query is we will liable to deduct TDS under WCT from the total bill amt.
We are eligible for full set-off on VAT paid on bill?
