I would like to know what is the TDS rate on website maintenance and promotion charges, and on website development charges . And what is the threshold limit for this ? Also whether the TDS rate is same for web hosting and email hosting charges ? If yes, what is the threshhold limit ?

Rate of Deduction of Tax Under Section 194J
Any payment covered under this section shall be subject to TDS at the rate of 10% Threshold limit is Rs.30,000/-
