I have booked an under construction flats costing more than Rs 50 lacs.
It includes Rs BSP + PARKING charges + PLC+ Int.free Security Deposit + lease rent + external & internal dev charges etc
Pl guide me as to whether
- 1% TDS is to be deducted on BSP ONLY or total cost including all other charges as detailed above?
