Whether TDS is deductable on "TRAVELLING EXPENSES " if payment is made on monthly basis ?

if travelling charges paid to an agent towards air ticket booking dan u can deduct tds on commission u/s 194H

But tds will be deducted at what amount; total bill amount which includes the tickets value and commission or only at commission.

If the travelling is in the nature of reimbursement then no TDS is to be deducted as the same was held by Supreme court.However if such reimbursement includes an element of profit then the same shall be applicable for TDS
