tds on transporter
i would like to no if the transporter have 10 trucks or less,tds will will be applicable or not.?
But if he has PAN card and provide to the parties.

if Transporter giving PAN photocopy no tds applicable from 1.10.09
TDS will not applicable if PAN Copy is available.However, if he fails to submitt the same, it would attracts TDS @ 2% upto 31.3.09 and thenafter 20%
Yes...IF PAN NUMBERS QUOTES NO NEED TO DEDUCT TDS W.E.F 01.10.09 FROM TRANSPORTER
