Tds on supply of driver, erp operators and data entry operators
Pls help me tds applicability on above manpower supply ie 194C or 194J case wise

It should be deducted u/s 194c for manpower supply
above situation is in nature of contract i.e. Supply of Manpower so we need to charge TDS under section 194C
