TDS on security equipment rental

Hi all of you,

As a security company we hire security euipment on rental basis, in which TDS slab we are liable to deduct tds while payment. Please tell me.

Hi Sunil,

TDS need to be deducted as per sec. 194 I @ 15% if the recepient is Indi./ HUF or 20%.

TDS on Rent for macinery is 10% and for other i.e. land etc. is at 15% for HUF individual and 20% for others.
