TDS on scaffolding

we have got an invoice for scaffolding. Whether we should deduct td on this or not

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) is applicable to scaffolding invoices. It explains that TDS is generally not required for the purchase of scaffolding itself. However, TDS under Section 194C may need to be deducted on labour charges associated with scaffolding work if they exceed the prescribed threshold.

Need to deduct tds on labour charges if above threshold limit u/s 194C
We purchase scaffolding. it is a consolidated invoice without any bifurcation.
If purchase, no need to deduct TDS
Thank you for resolving my query

WE NEED NOT DEDUCT TDS FOR SCAFOLDING WORK.

Why buy them if you can just rent them? Of course, the exception is construction or other large companies. When I was hired to restore the old building, I remember that they just ordered a rental service from the scaffolding company Pete Suen. They brought everything themselves, installed it, and then I did the work. It lasted long enough. In the end, they take it all apart and take it away. In my opinion, it is very cool, and also helps to save money and time. If anyone is interested, then here's a secret for you. I'm thinking of repainting the front of my house soon, and I'm thinking of hiring them again. What color do you think I should paint the facade?
